What are your opening hours?
We answer from 5am to 10pm, seven days a week, including weekends. If a machine breaks down early or late, call or WhatsApp 07356 229595.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Bulmer, near Sudbury (CO10), on the Suffolk–Essex border, and cover the East of England: Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, plus Kent and London. If your site is outside that, ask anyway — for the right job we'll travel.
Do you come out to the machine?
Yes. We're mobile plant fitters, so we repair machines on site, in your yard, or wherever they've stopped. Most jobs don't need a low-loader.
What machines and makes do you work on?
Excavators, dozers, wheeled loaders, telehandlers, articulated dumpers, rollers, crushers and screeners — all makes, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, JCB, Volvo, Hitachi and Kubota.
Can you diagnose fault codes and warning lights?
Yes. We read the codes and check live data to find the cause, rather than fitting parts until the light goes out.
Do you repair hydraulics and make hoses on site?
Yes. We work on rams, pumps, motors and valves, and make up and fit hydraulic hoses on site.
Do you offer servicing contracts for fleets?
Yes. We service single machines or whole fleets on a schedule, with every service logged and kept to interval.
Can you inspect a machine before I buy it?
Yes. We carry out pre-purchase and fleet inspections and give you an honest written report before money changes hands.
